“Le personnel, où qu'il vous reçoive, est vraiment adorable: accueil, restaurant, spa, bar, excursion.... La vue MAGNIFIQUE de l'Etna, dans un environnement superbe et très bien entretenu. Une grande chambre bien équipée (mais 5 cintres, dont un cassé, pour une semaine, c'est juste) et propre ( les barreaux du radiateur de la sdb sont par contre très poussiéreux, comme nous y déposons les serviettes, c'est dommage). La tranquillité, que ce soit aux abords de l'hôtel, bien au calme en campagne, et dans la chambre qui est bien insonorisée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est pantagruélique. L'excursion organisée depuis l'hôtel pour l'Etna. Le parking et le WIFI gratuits Le spa avec sauna, hammam, piscine avec des jets, tisanerie gratuite.”
