“We stayed at this hotel after cycling from Onomichi. Very comfortable hotel with good size rooms and well set up for cyclists. Great to have use of the onsen after cycling. About 10 minutes walk from Imabari station and the bicycle rental. Plenty of toiletries - wash, shampoo, hair wax, toothbrush...”
“The onsen was a plus. The staff was English speaking and great help with shipping our bags to onomichi before we cycled the Shimanami Kaido.”

“This is a first class hotel! The hotel lobby is beautiful with its own garden , comfortable sitting lounge and large ship models. The rooms were spacious, the furnishings excellent and the beds extremely comfortable. There is a laundry 1 block away. When a package with replacement shoes for my pilgrimage trek didn't arrive, Riko Takahashi of the hotel staff made sure the problem was solved - eventually searching out a shoe vendor and actually driving me to the store. Fantastically the hotel then purchased the shoes even though this wasn't their fault!! I have never in 40 years of travel experienced such a incredible level of responsibility and service on the part of a hotel”

“寝具（マットレス・まくら）が非常に心地よい。大浴場・露天風呂・脱衣所はスタッフの対応も良く快適。フロントスタッフも親切で丁寧な対応です。設備も清潔で豪華で言うことありません、大満足です。併設の「今治タオル」「畑田和菓子店」の店員さんもものすごく対応が丁寧です。初めての今治でしたが好印象！食事はホテル近くの居酒屋「千倉」へ行きましたが、ここがまた大ヒット！注文した料理すべておいしかったです。”
