“This is an extraordinary charming place. Like from a movie scene. Everything is so full of beauty and delicacy. The village Pingshan is the most authentic and enchanting in the area. Much more than commercial Hongcun or Xidi. We got the suite on the roof - extremely romantic with a great view, most comfortable bed, warm and cosy with a little terrace. The hotel itself is full of art treasures and the cafe next door is absolutely gorgeous with nice food. They don't speak English but the communication via WeChat with Yuan was excellent and helpful and the girl in the hotel Xu lin was very nice. They arranged taxis for a very reasonable price and everything else we needed. It is hard to find in China historical old beautiful places without horde of tourists shouting and pushing but this place was just amazing. We loved it.”

“This hotel is unique, it has a lot of charm and atmosphere and we can't recommend it enough. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We stayed in the top floor suite which has incredible views across the village which was a breath of fresh air after the busy tourist streets of Hongcun and Xidi. The village itself still feels unspoilt and authentic, and provides a good base for exploring the area. We have stayed in some very nice accommodation on our travels in China but this was our favourite. ”

“The staff were out-of-their way friendly! Nearby excursions recommended by staff (Nanping, Mu Keng Forest) were amazing and not overcrowded. Decor of the hotel was a very tasteful blend of new and old; not sure my pictures quite do it justice. It was a perfect getaway for me.”

“这家酒店绝对是我们这次整程旅行最大的惊喜和收获！虽然因为朋友的推荐，对于这里的好是有心理准备的，但是实际情况还是远远超出了我们的预期。酒店位于如诗如画，世外桃源般的徽州小村屏山村，每天早上从酒店的顶楼平台可以眺望到整个村庄，近处的白墙黑瓦和远处的碧山白云，构成了一幅巨大的美丽的画卷，彷佛仙境在人间！夜幕降临，坐在老板惊心打造的大堂里，喝杯咖啡，饮个小酒，老板可以给孩子们放映喜欢的动画片，大人们也可以看看心爱的电影，这样一天的疲劳，就被这暖暖的氛围给冲刷的无影无踪！在设施方面，酒店做的几乎是无懈可击，几近完美！全套的欧舒丹洗护，安全的让人放心的依云矿泉水，还有随时可以使用的洗衣干衣机，都让在这里的生活舒适到了极点！更为让人称道的是这里的人-每个人都非常和善细致，为客人着想，厨房阿姨的手艺那更是没得可说的-是我们这次徽州一路上吃的最好的，孩子们每天无论去哪里，但是必须要回酒店去吃奶奶烧的饭-臭鳜鱼烧的比外面的餐馆更合孩子们的口味。少老板夫妇二人对待孩子们也非常友善耐心，他们的学识和见识也为我们这次的旅行提供了不少非常有益的珍贵的建议，为我们的旅行增添了不少亮点！在这里我们和孩子们都找到了家的感觉！刚刚回京，孩子就追问我什么时候可以再回去！感谢老板一家和酒店的所有工作人员，这几天非常辛苦，再次感谢！”

“房子是古老的祠堂改建而成，每一处装修都提现这老板夫妇优秀的审美和对精致的追求。精心打造的咖啡厅里，晚上老板会搞上家庭影院，一边喝酒一边看上一部老板精心挑选的电影，非常放松。值得一提的还有，床非常舒适，早餐是传统的中式，但是你会惊喜于老板会把普通的豆浆油条包子style的早餐打造得如此精美。另外就是酒店本身所处的屏山村，游客较少，逛起来很舒服，风景也不逊色。”
