- Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in. If any credit card cannot be presented upon check-in, a security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>The free shuttles run every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 10 minutes on weekends and national holidays from the Sakurabashiguchi Gate of JR Osaka Station from 08:00-21:00.<br><br>Fitness club use is limited to guests over the age of 20.<br><br>The entrance on the ground floor is closed between midnight and 07:00. Please use the entrance on the first floor during those hours.<p>An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.</p>

“Our second stay at Imperial Osaka was almost as good as the first one. The only difference was the view from the room, which was to the city, not to the river as eralier. Otherwise Imperial is a classy hotel with all modern conveniences. Free shottle to Umeda JR Osaka station is convenent, but we could also walk there in about 30 minutes.”
