- Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 2.
- Up to two older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.

“Location is great , everybody at the reception and dining room was very nice and attentive. the superior room is newly renovated , has a nice bathroom with shower, there is a nice teraace and the entire room is very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious”

“The hotel was stunning, a mixture of modern and traditional decor whilst still feeling very clean. Staff always happy and chatty - helped with any query/problem that arose. Free wifi was great - work for the majority of my stay. Would have been good to have been given the login details on a card at time of check in though. Spa was excellent. Boot and ski room was great. Location was nice - not a large amount of bars though if you are younger. We traveled over to bad gastein to see the bars and busier areas. I would definitely go again!”
