- From Monday to Thursdays: The reception is closed after 9 pm.<br>On Fridays the receptions is closed at 6 pm.<br>On weekends the reception is closed.<br><br>Guests arriving outside of check-in hours should inform the accommodation of their estimated time of arrival. The accommodation will inform the guests of the check in procedure.<br><br>Please note that the credit card used for deposit or prepayment will required to be shown at the hotel at the time of check-in.<br><br>Please note that pets are allowed in the room but not in the breakfast area.<br><br>Parking is based on availability.<br><br>Cleaning services and bed and bath linen charges are dependent on the room type. These services can be daily or weekly. Additional services are available on request, for a supplement.<br><br>The breakfast buffet is served Monday to Friday in the hotel room.<br>Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is available by reservation at Breakfast Manhattan, located 30 yards from the hotel.<br><br>Guests who stay over 5 nights in the Studio are supplied with a basic set of dishes in the kitchens / kitchenettes.<br><br>Wifi is included. Parking is extra € 2 per night subject to availability.<br><br>Please note that when having paid by credit card, it is required to show an identity card of the credit card holder.<br>This can be done via a scan sent by email, or upon arrival.<br><br>For credit cards on behalf of the companies, an email from the company will be sent to us to allow us to charge the credit card.<br><br>Please note that when checking in an identity card is required.<br><br>Please note that a sofa bed is not included in the price.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “Stuff very kind and helpful, location very close to the city center”
“This was a one night stopover to visit friends in Mons on our way to France. Hotel was in a very good location for the town centre and was very comfortable. Our room had an extra mezzanine level with additional beds, so would be really good value for a family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Went to a nearby cafe for breakfast and there seem to be plenty of places in town to eat and drink. Unfortunately, we weren't there long enough to explore the town.”

“Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff who travelled out to provide access for us even though reception was closed. We had been informed of closure at 9pm but had forgotten, also been emailed about how to get in but hadn't seen it owing to driving. All down to us and hotel fixed it for us. Lovely comfortable room and good breakfast. Close to Cathedral.”
