“Location, just next to the train station and tram to the center (and we got free ticket for the local transport from the hotel). Friendly staff. Possibility to open the window and get some fresh air.”

“Just beside the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided with free city pass for local transport for the stay and provided all necessary tourist information and maps. They also have a locker for keeping your luggage while you take a stroll in the city. ”
“excellent hotel and great value for money. location was only a 15 minute walk in to Rostock main shopping area or a 5 minute tram ride from the central station next door. All the staff are friendly and helpful and always on hand if needed. The room was spacious and had everything i needed, was very clean and even had a small fridge with refreshments is you want. overall a great hotel to stay at and one i would stay at again in the future without question.”
“Very friendly staff. Reception staff would always greet you as you entered the hotel. Good Breakfast choice and the layout of the hotel is such all rooms are only a short walk from the lift which is in the centre of the hotel. Had an evening meal there and was good value and very tasty. Next door to Central Station and trams and buses. A bit of a walk into the city centre but as you get a free Bus & Tram pass, you simply catch one of the regular trams into the centre and you also get 1st class travel on the train to Warnemunde included.”

“Didn't take Breakfast to expensive for what it was, had better at half the price in a lot of hotels. And the Staff need to get a little better organised or better management. Seemed to be chaos at times probably run on a shoe string when quiet. So disappointed in all that not the German efficiency I'm used too.”
