“I totally ignore the fact that the property considers itself to be a 4*.. well, if I should evaluate this hotel as 4*, then almost EVERYTHING WAS WRONG (no aircon, no phone in the room, no room service.. And so on). Instead, I decided to take it for what it is: I am giving you a review of a 3* hotel: Reception staff was very kind We got a room on a higher floor so the view was stunning The room was clean The beds were OK”
