The Manager (Yunus) was unreasonable & does not know how to talk to customer. At one instance he told us if we cant pay the rate demanded by him, he can through our luggage out of hotel with us. These were the days we had to shift from 17th to 21st Jul to 9th to 13th Jul 2017 due to the robbery of our Family passport. While we were already in problem, Instead of considering our case of shifting dates of our booking without extra charges, he compelled us to pay extra money to shift our booking.”
