“We stayed 9 nights there and rented 4 rooms.Location is so nice and very close to the bazar and sea.The staff are so friendly even though can not speak well English but they do the best to help.”
“The staff was very friendly even though they could not speak English but they always arrange to find someone who could speak English. They immediately change my room when I asked for because it was a smoking room. They always offer me free tea, provide me the City map and other help. Good value for money and will recommend to other.”
“The hotel is good located near several restaurants and cafes. It was quiet during night. Parking was not a problem (normally yes) but you just give the car keys to one of the staff and he parks your car safely next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly!”

У отеля была возможность бесплатно припарковть машину - что стало приятной неожиданностью. В парковке всегда поможет персонал (кто был в Измире знает, что такое местная парковка :)). Вкусный завтрак в традиционном турецком варианте (одинаковый каждый день). Свежие полотенца каждый день, уборка в любое время, когда ты выходишь. Действительно отзывчивый персонал, местами понимающий по-английски. Удобное расположение: район спокойный, до набережной 5-7 минут пешком; рядом супермаркеты, кафе, на соседней улице отделения рентакаров AVIS и Budget.”

Personel yardımcı ve güler yüzlü Yürüyerek heryere rahatça 20 dakkika içerisinde ulaşılabiliyor, gittiğimiz yerler : İzmir Kordon boyu, Saat kulesi, Kemeraltı çarşısı, asansör ve kıbrıs şehitler caddesi.”

“Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Otelin genel temizliği ve düzeni çok iyi. Check-in ve check-out işlemleri çok kısa sürdü. Odalar sıcak ve otel merkezi yerde olmasına rağmen dışarıdan ses almıyor. Yastıklar ve yataklar yeni ve banyosu da yenilenmişti. Odalarda lcd tv mevcut.”

“Temizlik ve oda konforu üst seviyededir. Oda temizliği için size hergün soruyorlar onaylarsanız temizlik yapılıyor. Personel ilgisi ve kibarlığı ile öne çıkıyor. Check-in ve out işlemleri son derece hızlıydı. Odaların ısıtması iyi, duş vb imkanları süperdi. Kahvaltı 3 yıldızlı otel için yeterli çeşitliliktedir.”
