“It was a good stay in J hotel. The staff is very professional, helped with luggages, calling a cab, buying ticket by discounted price. (original price is 100, they bought us for 55 yuan). The room was big and clean, even in the winter warm (their AC works perfect)”

She even helped to resolve the problem when one of us couldn't re enter Xi Tang with fingerprint. “店里员工很热情，去前有咨询过路线，都及时通过微信耐心回复。 住房期间见到都会打招呼。住宿准备的日用品都是大牌，所以用起来很放心。本来自己还带了一些日用品备用的，因此也用不到了。 距离景区只有一座桥的距离，白天进入景区是要买票的，１００元的成人票可以用两天，两天时间也够参观西塘了。虽然住宿不在景区里面，但是很安静。 西塘以酒吧一条街闻名的，所以夜夜笙歌，要是住宿在景区里面晚上会睡不着。想要嗨的朋友可以在景区尽情嗨，嗨够了也可以回酒店好好休息。 总体很满意。”
