“Being on the Ambassador floor meant having free flow of drinks and bites to unwind to at the dn of a long hard day. This was extremely welcome. And having breakfast there was more private and a great way to get started for the day - time to reflect and cath up with news as you have your breakfast. There were a couple of minor issues during my stay and the staff, the supervisors and the Management did all they could to fix them quickly and followed up on them continuusly and went on to perosnally ensure my stay was a pleasure. Will definitely be back.”
