“Excellent staff! I called one day before and the lady that answered me was very helpful and friendly. They also offered us a free parking place for our big coach... (even if we took only one twin room in this hotel)”
“The room is very small and no clean! Furthermore there is no phone at the room that you can call the reception for help so you need to go by yourself for every single thing. Lucky for them, after we complain about the uncleanness- they upgrade us in a few minute and that room was very nice. Something more that for us was very important is- that there is no option to make coffe or even just hot water. Beside this, the location is great. Few minut walking from the train to the center and there is a lot of free- parking place on the street next to the hotel.”
“Very clean and modern, I enjoyed my stay. Comfy bed, Dove soap and body wash, good water pressure in bathroom. The lounge area is really good. I only spent one night though. Location was convenient for me. Metro station is five minutes on foot. The ride to Wien Mitte will take around 15 minutes.”
