“We liked everything. Clean and has everything what we needed.”
“Great size room/apartment, clean and super modern. There is no reception at Japaning hotels its all self check in and very modern. Everthing is done online. Rooms were huge and soo clean. We have decided to stay in kyoto 1 more night and found another Japaning hotel. Cheapest hotel in japan :)”
“Room smelled terrible and the beds were so bad ( could feel every spring. ) we loved the Japaning brand in a Gion and Arashiyama but were horrified at this choice . It was awful.”
“We were in the 3rd floor with tiny stairs and no elevetor. The bed was horibale - at some points we wanted to sleep on the floor. Opening the enterance door wasn't as easy as we thought it would - the directions were not clear.”

Never really saw any staff as it was all electronic check in etc My one gripe was that as there was no lift in the building and we were travelling with kids (7 and 8) from london (with luggage) we should have been given a ground floor room rather than tied. Just a bit of common sense planning and management I think Nadia”
