“A grand old building tastefully converted into a b&b type hotel. The owner couldn't do enough for us nd his English was very good. He made us very welcome and cooked us dinner which was first class. The breakfast was equally good. The hotel is situated in a quiet location. The bed was good as was the ensuite. It was very well situated for the national park with amazing motorcycle roads.”

“Beautiful setting in a mature park with superb specimens of shrubs and trees, awash with alliums and agapanthus and stunning perennials. The house itself is extremely attractive, striking exterior, inside a great blend of contemporary and antique as well as some fascinating collectives. Charming owners, delicious dinner and breakfast, spacious immaculate bedroom with balcony and gorgeous views. Highly recommend.”

“Brilliant supper, amazing breakfast, lovely people ( that should probably go first!) this was our second visit and we would certainly go back again. The gardens are lovely and the whole place is very tranquil. It is worth letting them know that you want an evening meal as they are only open to residents”
