“Super nice open/big window room, clean. The owner is super friendly, a great host. gave us a free ride to the whale watching, brought us some food. Very good local place, 1 minute walking from the beach.”

“The house is beautiful (build in Dutch colonial style) and has a very nice garden with a lot of birds, squirrels, nice trees etc. Also, we had a very spacious and stylish room (#3) with a small clean private bathroom, mosquito-net and 2 fans. It's only a few meters to the beach, and the restaurant next door serves good food for the evenings. The hosts (Jamira & his uncle) are very very friendly and helpful. In the morning and if we were around at tea-time, there was tea. And the place is even getting better: they are building 10 more rooms (it's now nicely hidden behind a fence) in the same style. We did not take breakfast, as it was quite standard (fruit, toast, egg, coffee/tea) and not included: there are breakfast options -with choice- near.”

“-location: 3 min walking to the beach, quiet road -nice house, room and bathroom in the main house nicely done (there is now a modern extension in construction) -we bought some rotti and fruits for dinner and the owner and his uncle cut them for us and gave us dishes, they also kept the rest of the food in their kitchen away from the ants -the owner offered us a free drop-off at the bus stop with his car -we rented a tuk tuk and we could park it overnight within the premises -the owner's uncle showed us the fruit trees and animals in the garden”
