Men personalen löste det jättebra genom att vi fick checka in själva genom några telefonsamtal. Vi fick även förtroendet att fixa lite med rummet, då vi behövde lakan till extrasäng. Jag uppskattar verkligen när man som kund blir litad på. Det är också service!”
