“What sets this hotel apart from similar hotels in Sri Lanka is the exceptional hospitality from its staff. My little daughter was travelling to Sri Lanka for the first time and I had a few extra ordinary requests. Starting from the General Manager to the Front Office Manager, Kasun and the team had gone out of their way to deliver my requests. The housekeeping staff, the restaurant manager and his staff, the room service guys, to the personal trainer at the Gym were all amazing. We as a family were really touched! I personally think Sri Lankan hospitality is the best in the world, but there was something exceptional about the staff in this hotel. At the end of our stay, we were sad to leave them, as it was like leaving family behind.”
