“One block north of the Drum Tower, hub of the old town. Great location. A huge market nearby with lots of good and interesting foods. The room was comfortable and quite quiet.”
“The woman at the check-in desk was extra helpful and friendly. I had booked a room without a window, and she upgraded me to a room with a window at no cost. She also made sure my taxi was coming when I left for the airport at the end of the stay. Despite the language barrier, she really went above and beyond, and I was quite impressed. As for other positives, the location is great for the old city, just steps away from the Drum Tower and close to the pedestrianized shopping street. It's also an easy walk to the West Pagoda. The bed was comfortable enough, and the wifi worked fine (for China...always have to add that caveat! It's never wonderful here, hehe).”

“贴心服务，由于我们订的火车票早晨五点多到银川，到酒店还不到六点，前台服务员在客房紧张的情况下为我们提前开房。让我们洗漱休息。由于人员减少，酒店前台帮我们取消了一间房的订单。我们带的熬好的中药，酒店还帮助我们寄放到前台冰箱，非常贴心。”
