- Guests including children staying at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel are required to present valid original identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/ UAE National ID card.<br><br>All guests can enjoy complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and private beach.<br><br>In an effort to continually enhance the guest experience, Wild Wadi WaterparkTM will be conducting essential maintenance from 13 January until 8 February 2018. During this period, Wild Wadi WaterparkTM will experience full closure and will re-open to the public on 9 February 2018.<br><br>Please note that for room types Premier, Club Premier , Studio Suite and One Bedroom Suite, the property can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years in respective room type).<br><br>VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.<br><br>Please note that there is an additional 20 AED tourism fee per bedroom per unit per night payable at the hotel directly.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “The overall facility is stunning- beds, linen, bathroom, space, technology - lighting, opening and shutting curtains, pool area, gym, bar, restaurants etc. We were very comfortable and spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants and activities at the hotel. The bar staff were great.”
“We came to stay here for a relaxing weekend and it ticked those boxes. The pool area was lovely with free water and ice pops provided, the poolside bar has a good variety of snacks and food so you don't have to move all day. It was also an added bonus that the in room mini bar provided complimentary soft drinks.”

“The hotel is excellent value for money and ideally located for the airport just 10 mins away. It has a lovely upstairs bar and pool and a big downstairs pool. For luxury on a budget it is a gem. We stayed in a club room and had access to the club lounge which was well worth it. The room was fabulous.”
