“Food was excellent , staff went out of their way to help with parking and make us feel welcome, the library lounge was a nice addition that we did not have at other places. Proximity to shopping and dining was excellent and we were able to get around to Taroka Gorge and Hualien very easily from this property”

“The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. We had a two night unplanned stay - due to the Taroko Gorge road closure - and they were so accommodating. In addition, as I was on crutches, they helped us plan mini doable excursions around town, organising the transport for us.”
