“Everything was perfect. The rooms are big, very clean and the wi-fi was working perfectly, which is quite a surpise for Lombok&Bali. In the afternoon they bring you snack&coffee/tea to your room. Staff is really nice. I have travelled a lot in the last time, and i can say for sure, i have never met such a lovely staff. They have arranged everything we asked for. Breakfast was also very good, for Asian standards there was a lot to choose from. Overall i would highly recommend it. All the best to the team!”
“The staff team at K2 delivered really excellent customer service throughout our stay - by far the best we encountered in our 3 week trip travelling throughout Indonesia. The afternoon tea was a nice addition and we really enjoyed the breakfast. When we returned on our second night the team had set up honeymoon decorations with snacks and juice. The restaurant area with the water system is very relaxing.”
