“The first night dinner went really bad. It took very long before we got our food. The good thing was the manager took the trouble to talk to us and apologize. The rest of the week was super. Very good service. Sarah and Sunsara were very friendly and really did their best to serve us in a very hectic / full occupancy week”
“The hotel is very nice, new and modern. The interior is stylish and offers comfort for enjoyment. The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. SPA is great with all facilities and indoor and outdoor pool (all season). The staff is very kind (restaurant and reception) and make your stay unforgettable. They have own nice parking very well maintained in winter conditions. The location is perfect if you want to ski. Gondola to Steinplaz is few minutes by car. Steinplatz has perfect runs and excellent facilities. In the town there is nice run for ski-school.”

Sehr schönes Spa und Sauna Bereich! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und es hat riesen Spaß gemach dort unsere Zeit zu verbringen. Wenn es 10 Punkte gäbe würde ich diese geben!!!”

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon, Wunsch nach oberer Etage wurde berücksichtigt. Angenehmer Saunabereich und schöner Aussenpool mit vielen Liegegelegenheiten. Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, auch im Aussenbereich. Bei Ankunft gratis Erfrischungsgetränk.”
