“We loved the home feeling and super friendly staff, not to mention the free ice cream, tea and coffee. Breakfast is normal, the room, bed and furniture feel almost new and very well maintained. The staff is really the one that makes your stay memorable.”
“Super-friendly employees, welcome and farewell gifts”
“Small seven room hotel lovingly owned and operated only by women; unique feature is that you can get free ice cream 7/24 in lobby or delivered to your room, and that is three scoops with syrup. One of my best hotel experiences and great value for the money.”
“What a nice neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown, but only a short bus or metro ride away. Front desk staff were so very helpful and caring.”
“Really nice personnel very helpful, charming place, not very big 7 or 8 rooms, feels more like a home than an actual hotel Hotel is in the City Center, within walking distance of the Nevsky Perspective, but this is a long street. Takes around 40 minutes to go to Hermitage museum by foot (but it is a nice one). Moscow train station (with train to/from Moscow and to/from Tallinn) is at 10 minute walk. Restaurants and shops nearby.”
“Very friendly staff, good breakfast, handy location. Natalie at the front desk was so very nice. Easy to get to all the main spots from here. Very welcoming and comfortable!”
“Very nice staff, excellent service (free tea, coffee and ice cream every day). The rooms were also nicely decorated and spacious. Very good value for the money! Good breakfast (can be taken in the lobby or the room).”
“Cozy, clean, neat. If You want to be pamper; this is the place. We travel all over the word, and so far the best. AL and JILL”
“Everything was wonderful from the welcoming vodka on arrival to the small gift as we left. Rooms were fantastic and decorated in a pleasing retro style”
“Best hotel experience in my life. Felt like home, the staff is just amazing and, even though they don't speak other than Russian they really try to make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommended.”
