“I can not express how much I enjoyed staying here. Perhaps the best part was the extremely friendly and gracious owner and host, Hassan. He went to extraordinary lengths to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He cooked incredibly delicious breakfast and dinner (chicken tajine), gave us rides to and from town, arranged a tour with his cousin, Ahmed (who was equally as friendly and courteous), and served us tea and shared conversation while watching the sunset from the encredible patio with 360° views. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and well made with clean quality linens. All over the hotel is traditional Moroccan designs and architecture with locally sourced marble counter tops. The best part of the hotel is relaxing on the patio and watching the sun set and rise over the dunes.”
“In the kasbah you stay a bit outside of Merzouga. But that's great! You can enjoy the view to the dunes, having a great breakfast or dinner in the calm nature. Hassan and his family are really nice and helpful, feels like in family! Tanemert”
