“虽然提前很早就预订了，里面的备注也写了，要求一个安静些的房间，但酒店还是给了一个3楼的房间，下面就是火车站，不够安静，应该安排一个高楼层的9楼的房间，要安静多了。这点酒店安排不够周全。”
