“First of all, the location was great. Maybe a 10 min walk to Ikebukuru station? And it's right on the main road not in some hidden alley. The cleanliness, wifi, and facilities are great, they have what you need and the wifi is rock solid. The staff are supremely superb. The comfort of the room and bed itself are pretty good. They're super polite and they know they're promoting a slightly squeezed hotel so they've taken extra steps in their work, fold orgami to take out as souvenirs, cutting out orange/red maple leaf cutouts to decorate the reception (it was autumn when I got here).”
“Staff were super helpful, polite and courteous. They will keep luggage for you after you have checked out and you can collect them later. Their complimentary breakfast is healthy and filling. Although it is suppose to be continental breakfast, there are additional Japanese staple like the toufu skin with sushi rice, and miso soup.”

“The location is really nice, very close to Ikebukuro train station. It takes only about 10 mins to go to the train station, and the shopping area. Very safe and comfortable. The service is really nice, and the room is clean, quiet and new. I would like to stay here again if I visit Tokyo next time :)”
