“Stayed as mother and daughter on a birthday celebration trip. Stunning rooms and excellent service from all staff. Pool was lovely and location was great especially with the connection to the mall of the Emirates. Complimentary mini bar was a fab added extra as this is not the case in many 5 star hotels. Our room was upgraded to include a lounge was very spacious, bathroom was equipped with a large bath and shower and double sink. Loved this hotel would definitely return.”
“Amazing decoration was prepared in the room. As well we were kindly upgraded. Room appeared to be ready at 13:00 ( I understand it is not a must, but was pleasantly surprised). And the main thing for me, I do not like sweets. But the cake that was prepared for our occasion was SO delicious that I ate it all!!! I was unforgettable! Thank you for the pastry team!”

“I stayed 1 night at the hotel as I was planning a day of shopping, the property is connected to the Mall Of The Emirates with an easy access through the lobby of the hotel. I was upgraded from standard to suite room which was kind of them. The room is beautiful and modern, the bathroom looks luxurious and well equipped.”
