“The staff were all SO friendly, and helpful. This was my first stay in SF, but now every time I come back I just want to go there again, and even ask for the same room again. The decorations are so clean, charming, and my room had this awesome little window seat alcove that you could close off with curtains. I sat there and listened to the rain, it was so relaxing, but also fun to have a view of what was happening in the street below. Highly recommend this hotel.”
“Great little hotel in SF. For the money, the amenities, style, and comfort were top notch! In the "special notes" field of the online booking site, as a joke, I put "please write my wife and I a valentine's poem" and sure enough, the staff had written several cute poems alongside a bottle of red wine when we got to our room!”

“Beds are comfy. There is no food service whatsoever, no breakfast (restaurant currently being renovated). Hotel needs updating, very outdated lobby seating, carpet throughout is pretty old. Bathrooms are old and need updating. Location is great.”

“The staff are wonderful and do all they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is complementary iced cucumber water in the lobby so it was refreshing to hydrate after a long hot ride from the airport. The rooms are adequate, however the bathrooms could use with a little more updating. The bed was a dream!! The sheets and bed duvet were high cotton quality so each night sleep was like being in a comfy cocoon. Great beds! The showers had good pressure.”
