“While this is not a 5-star hotel and the room is on the small side, everything else really lived up to expectations. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. The free supper was simple but a nice treat. This is the first time a hotel we stayed in offers free supper, so definitely a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. My son enjoyed the ice cream, which he had more of the next morning during breakfast. We also liked the supper and the breakfast spread was good too. The hotel room does not have a safe though, so you may need to ask the hotel to safe-keep things for you. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Kindness Hotel!”
“Attention to details. I alerted hotel over my handicap disability, and upon checking in, I was given a large room specially designed and targetted for such. Truly impressed. Hotel had a coffee/tea corner in the lobby where beaverages were provided. And in the late evenings, they had snacks laid out. Such freebies dont cost the hotel much, but it says a million words in taking care of their customers.”
“Really like the service. The staffs very helpful. Like the free food for guests. The free laundry with free coffee n tea to drink while waiting for it. Nice breakfast. The comfort bed. Not over rating it but we really so enjoy staying in this hotel. Sure will come back to stay at kindness hotel. We stay most of the time in the hotel as feeling tired to go for a walk so no ideas what's around that area.”

“1.房間舒適乾,燈光明亮各區可分別調整燈光,壁掛大TV,插座多手機隨處可充電 2.浴室蠻大的且有按摩淋浴龍頭,免治馬桶,洗髪.沐浴乳.洗面乳有用心,非固定式吹風機很方便 3.24HR免費冰淇淋(杜老爺).飲料.甜點可用這點對小孩很重要 4.7PM~10PM宵夜場很棒,自己動手煮麵.燙青菜.肉燥很入味不油膩配飯.拌麵/青菜很香很好吃,蛋黃肉包.涼麵.飲料.甜點,可以取代晚餐無虞 5.早餐樣式多還有現煎蛋餅,但蘿蔔糕太乾(小小瑕疵),餐廰環境也很棒,服務態度優收桌快 6.從入住.用餐.離開遇到的服務人員態度都非常好 7.室內地下室停車位很方便”
