“Staffs were friendly. Bed was comfortable and onsen was amazing.”
“The facilities are good for families with small children, especially since there is a small playing area in the lobby of the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and in good condition, the gym was modern, albeit slightly too warm. The breakfast was very delicious, particularly because of the yummy cakes and extremely fresh fruits. The room was good.”

“We stayed for one night on our way back to Osaka airport after having discovered the south of Japan. The hotel as such is business-style with several restaurants and bars. The rooftop restaurant offers great beef dishes, freshly prepared, and has nice views across Rocco island and the Bay area. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and generally the standard was as expected for a Sheraton.”
“Everything is to our satisfaction.The only thing I can say is to improve the wifi connectivity. We were in 16th floor and I found out I did not have wifi connection. I have to go down to the 2nd floor to be connected. It is very convenient for us because it is walking distance to our daughter's place.”
