“The hotel is easily walkable from station. The spa's ok but hardly natural. They do provide a shuttle bus to Noribitsu spa but i didnt realise till i checked out”

“The onsen and the guest use of the function room. The hotel shuttle bus service was a god-send. The hotel allotted us tatami rooms although we had booked normal rooms (not sure if all rooms are tatami). The breakfast menu was value-for-money.”
“We reached there really late and since we didn't have a map code of the hotel, we were wandering around for a while. The room is comfortable and plenty of space for parking. Dinner was so-so (it wasn't included and we paid extra for it). The staff was helpful the next morning when we were trying to look for a cafe for breakfast. Onsen is good - we like the outdoor onsen.”

“The hotel has an unexpectedly high water quality Onsen. We expected something sulfuric but this water seemed more Magnesium-based mineral water that makes your skin silky to touch. The Onsen Bath room is actually a immense hall with 5 different type of water pools with temperature ranging from close-freezing to about 50 Celsius hot. Neutral or slightly alkaline ph water taste. One of them is Jacuzzi-like and it is just right temp. Plus it has a open sky Onsen with same high water quality, I guess about 45 C (I estimate it based on the fact that I feel 41-42 C the right temp to stay immersed longer). The Tatami room was spacious (12 + standard Tatami mats being one 90x180 cm)”
