“On the way from Fez to the desert (Merzouga area), this is a perfect stopover. Decent restaurant, serves good wine, and good breakfast. The rooms of the hotel are clean and comfortable, if a little basic. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and the surroundings make for a good short walk.”

Our room was gigantic - we had a bedroom and a sitting room - the food was delicious (though more expensive than we paid in other places...still not expensive by American standards), and the pool was just what we needed on a hot day. They even had a family of peacocks! I think the best part is that they offer tours, but after one email when we first booked, they never pestered us to sign up for anything, which I can't say for other places I've traveled.”
