“Location is great. Very close to restaurants and old city. Staffs are very friendly and help full.”
“Inside is nice, outside far from glamourous. Rated on the web as 4*, but on spot was 3*. Heating in the common spaces are not existing. English as usual existing. Paid finally more for a tibetan room as booked one was disappointing. No tel in the rooms. Only good point, intetnal design was beautiful especially my tibetan room”

“The hotel was at a convenient location and the rooms were spacious. The room and the bathroom were clean. The manager was kind enough to provide a bus station pick up and an airport drop off. The western style breakfast was neat with vegetable, eggs, meat, bread, and various drinks including coffee, juice, and yak milk tea. The weather got cold, but there were a heater and an electric blanket in rooms and hot water was available all the time. (although I didn't know there was an electric blanket until the morning of check out)”

“Our flight was delayed so we arrived one day later than our original plan. The staff modified the booking and didn't charge us at all the night we booked but forfeited. The gesture is very much appreciated. Some older comments mention that there was some issues with hot water/ shower. During our stay, there is no issue in this regard. It's just that after one takes a shower, ppl staying in the same room is recommended to take shower 20 mins after. This is not too much of a trouble.Staff are definitely friendly and welcoming. The decoration of the room also has a good taste.”
