Please contact the property for more details.<br><br>Please inform the property which method of transportation guests plan on taking to arrive at the property.<br><br>As the area is located 3,938 feet above sea level, it reaches -20 degrees Celsius in winter. Guest rooms are equipped with kerosene heaters, as air-conditioning does not work. Guests will find kerosene heater instructions in English in each guest room.<br><br>Please note breakfast-inclusive rates are only offered in the weekend and during the high season. Please contact the property directly for more details.<br><br>Guests travelling to the property via car are strongly advised to have their vehicle equipped with snow tires and/or snow chains, as heavy snowfall is expected in the winter.<br><br>For guests planning to use the on-site parking, please inform the property in advance, and also inform them of your vehicle type.<br><br>In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Request box when booking.<br><br><Exterior Wall Construction Notice><br>Please note that the property building's exterior wall will go through construction work from 25 September 2017 until 30 November 2017. “Excellent customer service who spoke fantastic English and were just generally very friendly and thoughtful. They gave us a map with recommendations for onsens nearby (closest and best one we went to was only 2 minutes away). The property is a short walk to all nearby attractions and sights as well as the bus station which was very convenient for us. The room was clean and spacious with a heated bed! We would be more than happy to stay again.”

“It’s an excellent simple, no frills apartment. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable with adjustable electric heat pad. Owner & staff very hospitable, prepared for us light breakfast/refreshments. Location is very near to the Yubatake, restaurants and various Onsen. A staff gentleman speaks good English and gave good orientation/recommendations. No onsen within the apartment wasn’t an issue at all. There is paid and free public ones, one can go onsen hopping. Thank you, will definitely visit again.”

“Great location to the all the facility, very close to kusatsu onsen. Staff are so kind and friendly. when we arrived in this property, my leg got fractured in Ueno. I had no idea about my condition. I had so much pains. Mizuno san and his staff took me to the GP and local hospital. I had all the treatments needed including a wheelchair and crutches. He even took us to the high mountain and countryside when he was free. We will never forget what they have done for us.”
