“The hotel is in a quiet location and easy to reach by car. The parking is outside but easy to access. The WiFi was fast and reliable at all times of the day. Staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and house keeping did a very good job each day. The washing machine and dryer were very useful especially as it rained quite heavily while we were there. There are a number of restaurants within about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We were lucky enough to meet Makoto Ando at the MOO centre while we were in town and he autographed one of his pictures for us.”

“The hotel is directly across from the beautiful Nusamai Bridge. During my three day stay there was mist which made the bridge, and the general area, particularly atmospheric. Created great photo opportunities, also in the evening when the bridge takes on a whole different appearance. I also liked that the hotel was at the end of main straight road from Kushiro Station. Very easy to find, and to find your way around the town. So many choices of fantastic places to eat. The bedroom was very comfortable. The headboard had a little recessed area, instead of a bedside table, and dimmer lighting build into it. Clever use of space. Finally, the wine tasting experience in the hotel is not to be missed - very good value for money.”
