“twee dagen ervoor geboekt op laatste dag mail van jullie ontvangen dat eigenaar de boeking had afgezegd . ik kon wel naar een bed en brackfast , daar ga ik nimmer heen. leuk na een reis van 600 km . als ik zelf boek heb ik dit fenomeen van dubbele boekingen nooit. is bij jullie nu de derde keer.”
