“The bed was very comfortable but I was very impressed with the service they gave me. I am an older lady travelling alone and have difficulty with stairs, they almost always carried my bags, purchases etc. up for me and made sure I made it up the stairs without falling or tripping. I was extremely pleased by this, in fact even more than the up grade they gave me to a suite without extra charge. Although who would not love a jacuzzi bath on vacation? I will stay there every time I go back to Val d'Or, for sure. Thank you so much for all the attention I received.”
