“Everything was great. We were there for a race weekend and the breakfast was really wonderful, especially for the athletes. Lots of meats, beans, breads, cereals, juices, eggs, the coffee machine is really excellent. We didn't book dinner but I was at the bar when others were having dinner and it smelled and looked really delicious. The staff was responsive and friendly. Parking was easy and secure. Our room had a little balcony that looked out over the mountain and ski slopes. The bed was comfortable and the shower and toilet rooms were clean and modern.”
“The Value was great. To pay $100/night for a half-board hotel is amazing from a western US perspective, where a nice chain hotel such as the Hampton Inn with a similar good breakfast is rarely that price. No dinner there either, where at the L'Ours Blanc, the 4 course dinner was great. As we road cycled several hours daily while there, the meals were more than filling, and also quite good. The location is great. Especially if you prefer quiet over people noise. As it's a little walk away in a residential area versus a shops/hotel area, we could hear more of the small stream running right by our room at night with the balcony doors open than any town noise.”
“The breakfast was good (for one week stay it`s enough) - eggs, beans, sausages, dairy products, etc.. Nice views to the top of Morzine (Le Pleney). Bikers friendly (3 minutes of pedalling to both lifts (Super Morzine, Le Pleney) + bike wash possible beside the hotel.”
