“The hotel has a stunning location and it is easy to get to and from the centre of Bariloche. The view across the lake and mountains is fantastic. It was a very cosy and quiet hotel which was just what I was after. But the best part were the staff - so friendly and helpful. I could ask anything and they knew an answer or gave useful advice - they are fantastic.”

“It is a lovely, quiet peaceful place with beautiful views. the staff tried very hard to be helpful. Ana, the head of reservations, organized an airport pickup for me, as well as reserving at restaurants I requested. About a week after I returned to NY, Ana contacted me to let me know they found my iPad and we worked together to see what to do. I Skyped her several times the first week. As of now,the iPad is in the manager's office in a safe place, as I figure out what to do with it with an Apple advisor. In other words' this is a VERY kind and honest staff.”
