“The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The spa is also lovely and the ladies giving massages were wonderful as well. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The breakfasts are great but they absolutely clear everything away at exactly 10am so don't be late. The only down side is that the location was a bit isolated and the beach right at the hotel was nice but not as spectacular as the photos and VERY crowded.”
“The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly . Rosa the main lady at the reception is very accommodating ! The other staff need more training in English at the reception and need to be flexible . Coffee machines need to be made available in bedrooms wpuld suggeat getting nespresso machines to make life more convenient for guests. The oool bar needs to be openend Day for pool guests so that drinks and water can be purchased . My second room was musty and smelt stale for the last two nights I slept in it . Could not understand why the main gate wasn't kept open as taxi drivers cannot park in front of the hotel - no concierge service had to drag our own luggage into the hotel on arrival . Otherwise nice location - make sure I check the room if u want a sea view .”
