“A hotel with wonderful character in a beautiful location. We had a suite so made our own food so can't comment on their restaurant or breakfast. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. In the words of my son 'we should come here more often'. I wish we could!”
“We stayed in the oldest part of the hotel, and our rooms were a charming step back in time. Waking up to the smell of fresh-baking croissants coming through the window was lovely. The town is so quiet and peaceful, yet there are interesting sights to see within walking distance. We loved being able to have breakfast outside on the back patio (not the main patio when you enter the building's courtyard). The staff spoke English and German as well as French. The pool and spa looked very interesting, but we didn't have time to try them out. Our rooms had a small kitchenette.”

“This is a magnificent old building full of quaint charm. Right in the heart of Bergheim -the town is a gem on its own. Staff where great and all appeared to speak English and German as well as French. Food was good with all wines from the family's own vineyard (they also run wine tasting). Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was spot on.”
