“The room was nice, the bed very comfortable but, the shower was not practical, only a bath tube without curtain.... Breakfast was ok. We didn't try the restaurant as we wanted to go to town.”

“A good stay starts with a warm welcome and this was certainly the case with the lady at the reception desk. We felt very welcome! The hotel is based in a large, converted mansion and decorated in a pleasant, modern style. The interior architect did a great job. The lounge area at the ground floor was very elegant and pleasant. The garden at the back was nice and shady. The rooms all come in different themes. We got a beautiful classical room with great upholstery. The room faced the front road but was quiet. The bedding was of excellent quality and the mattress comfortable. Sisteron is a few kilometres away and the gorges of the Verdon are a good one hour drive south. I could still add that the airconditioning worked like a gem as did the wifi. In short a great place for a stopover.”
