“The bed was like a cloud, I love the purple wall so much for some reason! The pool was nice, not too big, not too small. The quality of the stay was great , but the major problem I had was with the front desk staff. I came in to check in and was completely ignored by everyone. Paula and Luis both were at the front desk, on the phone and did not acknowledge me and I thought it was because of my skin color. So, I told my best friend to come to the desk since she was of Hispanic descent and for sure she was acknowledged even when they were on the phone. In the morning to check out, Orlando wasn't at the desk and then when he appeared, he didn't look at me or acknowledge me, instead he just picked up the phone and later said something to me after he finished his conversation. Staff get an F+, because I felt completely disrespected both check in and check out.”
