“The staff was wonderful, and handled a request very promptly and courteously. The breakfast area was kept clean and under control in the morning. Decor was fresh and modern. I appreciated the gated parking lot, and the shuttle service took us where we needed to go each day. The shuttle driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. We could see Lake Michigan from our room. They have a great selection of restaurants nearby, and our first night was ended perfectly with a deep dish pizza delivery to the hotel! What was even better was being able to save the leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave the next night. You may even want to bring some disposable tableware for this purpose. There is also a selection of snacks for purchase in the lobby. We probably should have booked a suite for our family of five, but we made the double queen room work.”
