“Location of the property is excellent and with a room looking straight out to the Marina with afternoon sun and a gorgeous sunset it was perfect. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and all fresh, staff were really freindly and helpful as were the locals. La Sciabica is close to a couple of beaches and also blue flag swimming from the rocks nearby as well. The town with plenty of shops and restaurants is a few mins walk and the historical centre is only 10 mins walking. Not a lot of tourists mainly Italians which we liked. Agropoli is a lovely place. Train from Napoli is direct takes about 1.5 hours and taxi to the property is 12 euro or 30 mins walk from the station. Hire car for a day locally (by the train station) is 39 Euro for the day (Fiat 500) which enabled us to travel to Pompeii, Positano (which is a must see) and a few other places. Peastum greek ruins is one station away by train 4 euro or 30 euro by taxi.”
