“The staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient in looking after our group of 18 adults, especially Sheila, the person in charge of reception. They put on special menus for us in the evening so that we could enjoy the local cuisine, and were extremely welcoming and friendly.”

They even prepared special dinner menus so that we could sample the local cuisine - the food was very good and well presented. The spacious bedrooms had been recently refurbished in an attractive style, with superb bathrooms, and lovely thick towels.”

“We stayed for 8 nights and have perfect base for exploring the surroundings and go to the sea. Staff was helpful, rooms clean and suitable, bathroom fantastic.. and the view over the Magra valley, superb! As it was on the hill, with light breeze, enough for good sleep even it was over 30C at the Lerici, Portofino or La Spezia. It has also an excellent restaurant at the bottom of the facility with fantastic sea&terra specialties. Must point the distinguish hospitality and treatment from the manager signora Giovanna.. always helpful with wide smile and warmhearted!”

“-Location -Room facilities were excellent -Fantastic views of the superb countryside and mountains from the balcony/the large window in the room -King Size bed was very comfortable guys! -Bathroom was 5 star!....all the amenities you could want -daily housekeeping was 5 star! -staff were professional courteous and extremely friendly/sincere( a real test for any business is when things are a problem and we had a minor issue which was resolved with a smile and in an efficient manner..... thanks) -Continental breakfast was superb with everything you could possible want and where you could eat either inside/outside and again enjoy the wonderful views -very fast WIFI”
