“Monika and Bertan are a lovely couple and La Vela is an oasis in Alacati and an example of their hard work. The staff is kind, very efficient and always have smile on their face. We couldn't be happier about our stay at La Vela. Wonderful boutique hotel, great breakfast, beautiful garden with a pool and 0 noises. The perfect place to chill and rest on your vacation.”

“The hotel is really cool and all parts, including the rooms, are beautifully designed. Lots of areas were obvious care has been taken, such as quality bedding, tasteful ornaments. All the tiny details that form part of the hotel experience were covered. The breakfast was delicious and the garden/pool area is sooo nice. Owners also very friendly”

“This hotel is the best one I've ever stayed in! There is so much attention to detail, from the elegant rooms to the beautiful outdoor pool and the relaxing breakfast/dining area. As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed! Breakfast was delicious - the produce used was incredibly fresh and it was always a little bit different each morning. The rooms were clean and really beautifully decorated. The location was about a 5-10min walk from the centre of Alacati and there was ample car parking. The owners, Bertan and Monica, are lovely and totally committed to making sure their guests have a great time. They gave us fantastic recommendations for local beaches, restaurants and bars and were always available at the hotel to make sure things were running smoothly. I think La Vela is great value for the level of service and quality you receive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone visiting Alacati - it was fantastic!”

“Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Lage ist 2 Minuten von der Altstadt Alacatis entfernt und das Personal stets freundlich. Bei den Inhabern bzw. diesem tollen Pärchen kann ich mich nur bedanken. Sie setzen jeglichen Wunsch um und ihre Kunden wurden persönlich und liebevoll bedient. Das Hotel , die Zimmer und der Außenbereich waren immer sehr sauber und hygienisch. Für mich persönlich ist nichts , was ich negativ bewerten könnte. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland”

“Tolles Hotel mit europäischem Standart! Die Gastgeber waren so lieb und zuvorkommend, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Außerdem ist die Lage prima, man kommt super zu Fuß zu den Einkaufspassagen und ist auch nicht zu sehr zentral, denn dort wäre es dann laut.”
