“Very friendly and helpful staff. The elevator/lift wasn't working. Not any problem for us - we noticed it but didn't care or make any remarks to the staff. When we checked out they gave us a discount due to the non-working lift - that is quality! All of us also felt that the hotel had a very special atmospere that we appreciated. The hotel stored our luggage after check-out while we went trekking. They also helped us with transport to the airport when we came back from the trekking. Very good value for the money!”
