“From the moment I arrived I felt the warmth from all the staff members at Ladera. I had a case of delayed luggage and the guy at the front desk (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!) was so sympathetic and offered me hot tea while I checked in. The breakfast was excellent and they even offer a "snack" period from 7-8pm with a lot of great little sandwiches and sweet treats. The staff where very accommodating and the hotel room itself was so sleek and had an incredible view of the city with the Andes in the backdrop. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!”
